Built For Resale

Most supplier sites read custom-only. This one doesn't.

If you buy paddles to sell paddles, half the industry's websites bounce you: everything is "design your dream paddle" and nothing says line sheet, margin or restock. This program is the other half. You are buying inventory that turns, so it is organised the way a buyer thinks: price tiers, assortments, terms and reorder speed.

The supply behind it runs on the same vetted manufacturing partners as our brand-launch work. That matters to a reseller for one reason: consistency. The spec that sold through in March is the spec that arrives in June, checked against the same golden sample before it ships. And when the assortment grows, balls, bags and accessories can ride in the same containers.

  • Mixed SKUs and price tiers in a single order
  • Ready-made brandable models or unbranded stock for resale
  • Line sheet and tiered pricing on request
  • House-brand route when you want shelf exclusivity

The Program

What a distributor account looks like.

Assortment planning

Entry, mid and premium tiers matched to your customer base, so the shelf covers a first-timer and a 4.5 player without dead stock.

Line sheets and tiered pricing

Model specs, carton quantities and price breaks by volume in one document you can actually forward to a buying partner.

Reorder reliability

Specs, artwork and packaging held on file with the manufacturing partner, so a reorder is a purchase order, not a project.

House-brand option

Move from stocking other names to owning your own label on proven constructions when the margin math says it's time.

QC before every shipment

Pre-shipment inspection against the agreed spec on first orders and reorders alike. Consistency is the product.

Freight to your operation

Direct to store, warehouse or 3PL, with carton labelling to your receiving spec and the landed-cost math done up front.

How It Works

From enquiry to standing reorder.

  1. Tell us what you sell

Your channel, your customer base, roughly what volume you move a quarter. That shapes the assortment we propose.

  2. Get the line sheet and quote

Models, tiers, carton quantities and pricing at your volumes, with samples available before you commit to a first order.

  3. First order, checked and shipped

Production, QC inspection and freight handled by one team, with the paper trail a retail operation needs.

  4. Reorder on a rhythm

Same spec, same partner, faster cycle. Most of the work in order one never has to happen again.

Straight answers on how we handle volume

Distributor conversations run on specifics, so here are ours. The paddle range itself is our wholesale paddle supply: mixed models and price tiers in one order, branded or unbranded. Pricing is tiered by volume and construction, quoted per assortment rather than from a public rate card, because a 300-unit pro shop order and a 3,000-unit distribution order are different animals. Lead times are quoted as ranges with the drivers named, production slot, construction and freight mode, and reorders run shorter than first orders because setup is already done. Every step from factory match to pre-shipment inspection is laid out in how the process works, and matching pickleball balls and accessories can join any order.

What we won't do is publish guaranteed prices or lead times to win the click and renegotiate later. You get real numbers against a real order profile, within a business day of telling us what you move.

FAQ

Distributor and pro shop questions.

Do you work with distributors and pro shops, or only brands?

Both, through different programs. This one exists specifically for resellers: distributors, retailers, pro shops, clubs and program buyers who need stock at wholesale pricing rather than a custom development project. If you later want your own label, the same partners handle that too.

Can I get a line sheet with tiered pricing?

Yes. Tell us your channel and rough quarterly volume and we'll put together models, specs, carton quantities and price breaks at your volumes. We quote per assortment rather than publishing one flat rate card, because pricing honestly depends on construction mix and quantity.

How is a distributor program different from a one-off wholesale order?

The first order looks similar; everything after is different. A program means your assortment, specs and artwork stay on file, reorders run on a shorter cycle, pricing reflects your cumulative volume rather than resetting each time, and you get one contact who already knows your operation.

Can distributors carry a house brand alongside stock models?

Yes, and it's a common evolution. Start with brandable open-mold models or unbranded stock to learn what your customers buy, then put your own name on the proven sellers. Running both in one supply relationship keeps freight consolidated and QC consistent.

What does reordering look like for a distributor account?

A purchase order against your standing spec. Because artwork, packaging and QC standards are already agreed and on file with the manufacturing partner, reorders skip the development stages and run production, inspection, freight. Reorder lead times are quoted as ranges up front so you can plan stock cover around them.

Can you ship wholesale orders direct to my store or club?

Yes. Direct to store, warehouse, 3PL or club facility, with cartons labelled to your receiving requirements. For multi-location operations we can split a production run across destinations; the freight math for doing that is part of the quote.
