We are not the factory, and we say so. We work directly with one established paddle factory in China, a USA Pickleball approved manufacturer that already builds for established brands, and we deal with its owner, not a sales desk.

Are you the factory?
No, and we won't pretend to be. We work directly with an established partner factory and run spec, samples, quality checks and delivery as one accountable team.
Can I order just one or two custom paddles?
No. We supply paddles in quantity for clubs, companies, retailers and brands. For a single personalised paddle, a consumer gift site will serve you better.
Do you work with startups and small first orders?
Yes. Minimums depend on the route: adding your design to an existing paddle model needs far fewer units than a fully custom build. Tell us what you're making and we'll give you real minimums for each option.
How do I get started?
Open the paddle builder and pick what you know, or send us a message and describe the project, however rough. A real person replies within one business day. Samples come before any production commitment.
Do UK buyers call these pickleball bats?
