Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Last updated 5 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, use the paddle builder or fill in a form, we collect what you enter: your email address, your message or paddle spec, and any optional details you add (name, business, phone, quantities, timelines, destination). We use it for one purpose: replying to you and managing your project.
If you arrived from an advert, we also note which campaign brought you (the campaign tags in the link you clicked), so we can see which adverts lead to real enquiries. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) are kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to enquiries. When active, Meta sets a cookie in your browser, and when you send an enquiry we send Meta a notice that an enquiry happened, with your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match it to an advert view.
In the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, none of this happens unless you choose Allow on the cookie banner. Elsewhere it is on by default, we honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal, and you can switch it off at any time using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. We use no other advertising or analytics cookies.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiry details are delivered to our team by email and stored in our mailbox and project records. We share project-relevant details (specs, quantities, destinations, but not your contact details) with our partner factory only as needed to quote and produce your order.
We never sell your information, never add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and never contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the enquiry form and we'll action it promptly. If you're in the UK or EU, this is your GDPR right, and we honour the same standard for everyone.
