WE SUPPLY is a pickleball sourcing partner. You want paddles made properly under your own name. We source, spec, sample and produce them through manufacturing partners we have vetted, and run the whole project as one team.
The Model
We are not the factory, and we won't dress up in one's clothes. We are also not a marketplace, a dropship catalogue, or a broker who forwards your email to whoever answers first.
We are the partner-side team. We keep a shortlist of paddle manufacturers we have vetted, match your project to the right one for its construction and volume, then manage spec, samples, quality control and freight on your behalf. You get factory production with a single bilingual point of accountability, on the ground in China, talking to factory owners directly.
Our current core production partner is a fast-growing, USA Pickleball approved paddle factory in China whose paddles win tournaments on the Chinese competitive circuit. We don't name partners publicly, because that flexibility is part of what you're paying for, but we'll tell you exactly who would make your paddle once your project is under way.
Why say all this so plainly? Because the buyers we want to work with have read the horror stories, and describing the model exactly as it is beats any amount of reassurance.

Lee founded Noobs Pickleball, the paddle-fit platform that matches players to the right paddle for their style of play. So the spec conversation for your brand starts from how paddles play, not from a factory catalogue.
He also builds websites and digital marketing (SEO, social, ads) for pickleball businesses across the UK and US, and splits his year between Shenzhen, Thailand and Vietnam. Close to production, closer to the sport.
Sourcing & Factory Relationships
Tracy is a bilingual Chinese sourcing specialist who works directly with factory owners rather than sales reps. That is why our pricing is sharp and our answers come back in hours, not weeks.
She has managed sourcing for international brands including The North Face and Maximara, and runs pickleball player communities across Thailand, Vietnam and China. She is inside the sport, not just the supply chain.
Vetting
We publish the criteria rather than waving at "audited factories". If a partner can't clear these, your project doesn't land there.
Evidence the partner actually manufactures: tooling, production floor, engineering staff. Not reselling another factory's output.
Proven competence in the specific build we would place there: thermoforming, raw carbon layups, or high-volume composite lines.
We evaluate their samples the way we teach you to: weight tolerance, surface consistency, core response, edge and grip.
A track record shipping to the US, UK and EU: documentation, packaging standards and realistic freight handling.
Willingness to work to golden samples, accept in-line checks and third-party inspection. Resistance here is disqualifying.
Responsive, specific, written answers. A factory that ghosts us during vetting would ghost you during production.
Honesty Policy
You won't find testimonials, client counts, star ratings or partner logos on this site today, because we would rather show you nothing than show you something invented. As real projects complete and clients agree to be named, their stories will appear here, with permission and with numbers.
The same policy governs claims. We never guarantee a price or lead time before a spec exists. We never claim certifications we don't hold. Photography of manufacturing will always be captioned honestly as our partners' facilities, never "our factory".
