The Model
We are not the factory, and we never pretend to be. We work directly with one established paddle factory in China. It is a USA Pickleball approved manufacturer that already builds paddles for established brands, and we deal with its owner, not a sales desk.
We run the parts that go wrong when you buy direct: spec, samples, quality checks and freight. That is the real difference from buying straight from Alibaba. Whether you need club paddles or a brand of your own, you deal with the same two people.

Lee founded Noobs Pickleball, the paddle-fit platform that matches players to paddles. Your spec conversation starts from how paddles play, not from a factory catalogue.
Sourcing & Factory Relationships
Tracy is a bilingual sourcing specialist who deals with the factory owner directly. Specs, samples and checks happen in the factory's own language, so nothing is lost in translation.

You won't find testimonials, client counts, ratings or logos here yet. We would rather show nothing than show something invented. Real stories will appear when clients agree to be named.
We never guarantee a price or a lead time before a spec exists. Every factory photo is labelled as our partner's, because it is.
